HOURS OF OPERATION: Home Medix is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We are closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

PLACING ORDERS: Most equipment orders placed before 10 a.m. can be filled the same day.  All other orders need to be placed a minimum of one (1) day prior to expected delivery/pick-up date. Oxygen refills should be ordered a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Please call the office if you have any questions about when to order.

INSURANCE: We bill Medicare, Medi-Cal, Cal-Optima and most private insurance companies upon request.   Please provide us with all billing information, signed claim forms, etc.
