Within 30 days of the original ship date, Home Medix will facilitate an exchange of any merchandise that we sell to you that has a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us if you believe a product you purchased from us is defective. We will work with you and the manufacturer to facilitate the exchange for a new product and will cover the shipping costs for standard (non-expedited) shipping.
Depending on the manufacturer, most machines are covered under warranty for 1 to 2 years after purchase. If your machine purchased from Home Medix is broken or malfunctioning, please call our office at (800) 403-1010 with your machine nearby, as we will need to verify the Serial Number on your machine to verify its warranty. If your machine is still under warranty, we will contact the manufacturer to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on your behalf. Warranty claim decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office; we do provide a return label to cover the cost of shipment.
