The Home Medix nasal cannula collection brings together everyday essentials, comfort-focused designs, and specialty options. Our range makes it simple to find the right fit for you.
Many customers start here, because a standard adult nasal cannula is the go-to device for low flow oxygen therapy at home:
Multiple tubing lengths mean you can choose a cannula based on how much freedom of movement you need around the home.
Comfort is everything for patients who wear a nasal cannula throughout the day, or overnight. Standard prongs can cause nasal dryness and soreness over time, especially during extended wear. That is exactly the problem our comfort cannulas are designed to solve:
Covered by insurance? Home Medix handles billing for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and major commercial plans. Check your eligibility before you order. No surprises.
Home Medix also carries high flow and specialty nasal cannulas for patients with more complex respiratory needs. High flow nasal cannulas deliver warmed, humidified oxygen at higher rates and are often used by patients transitioning from CPAP therapy or managing conditions that require more than standard low flow delivery:

Patients and caregivers choose Home Medix over other online retailers and DME providers for three reasons:
Home Medix does not sell generic, unbranded medical equipment. Our nasal cannula collection features products from Salter Labs, Medline, Fisher & Paykel, Sunset Healthcare Solutions, Neotech Products, and Allied Medical, which are all names trusted in hospitals, clinics, and home care settings nationwide.
We give patients and caregivers choice, and the ability to match the exact product to your prescription and your lifestyle. Standard adult cannulas, cushion-tip and soft-prong models, high flow compatible options, and pediatric and neonate sizes are all part of the same collection.
Ordering is straightforward. Orders over $50 ship free. If Medicare, Medi-Cal, or commercial insurance covers your nasal cannula, Home Medix handles the billing. Our online eligibility check confirms your coverage before you place your order.
Need help choosing? The Home Medix support team can help you find the right nasal cannula based on your prescription and needs.

Pricing is competitive across the entire range, often more affordable than competitors, and with no hidden fees. The Home Medix team is here to make sure the process is simple, from your first order to ongoing resupply.
Home Medix has the selection, pricing, and support to make finding the right nasal cannula simple, whether you are buying for yourself, a parent, or a child.
Whether you are new to oxygen therapy or replacing an existing cannula, these are some of the most common questions patients and caregivers ask when shopping for a nasal cannula.
The best nasal cannula depends on your prescription and how you plan to use it. For everyday home oxygen therapy, a standard adult nasal cannula with the right tubing length is a reliable starting point. Patients who wear a cannula for extended hours or overnight may prefer a cushion-tip or soft-prong model for added comfort. The Home Medix team can help you find the right fit based on your prescription.
Position the two prongs gently inside your nostrils with the tubing looped over each ear. For overnight wear, a cushion-tip or soft-prong cannula can reduce the irritation that standard prongs sometimes cause during long hours of use. Make sure the tubing has enough slack to allow you to move comfortably without pulling the cannula loose.
Hold the cannula with the prongs curving downward, then gently place one prong into each nostril. Loop the tubing over each ear and slide the adjuster up until the fit is snug but comfortable. The cannula should stay in place without pressing too tightly against the nostrils or ears.
