Home Medix Shipping Policy

Home Medix is committed to a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review the information below so you know what to expect after placing your order.
1. Free Shipping
Home Medix offers free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more, shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your qualifying subtotal is reached. No promo code is required.
2. Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1 business day of being placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Home Medix is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another carrier depending on the item size, weight, and destination. The carrier used may vary by product.
The carrier and tracking details for your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Delivery Service
Standard Ground Delivery
All orders ship via standard ground service. Home Medix does not currently offer expedited or express shipping.
Large or Heavy Items
Oversized items such as power wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, and ramps may ship via Motor Freight or LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier. For these shipments:
- The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order arrives at your local terminal.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment.
- Delivery is curbside. Placement inside the home, unpacking, and assembly are not included.
If the carrier is unable to reach you after multiple delivery attempts, your order may be returned and a restocking fee may apply.
5. Delivery Signature
Most orders require an adult signature upon delivery. Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery.
- If there is visible damage to the packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- If the damage appears extensive, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at support@homemedix.com.
Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a claim or receive a replacement.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Contiguous United States
Standard shipping and free shipping eligibility apply to all orders delivered within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories
Certain products can only be shipped within the contiguous United States. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, no shipping option will be available at checkout for that item and the order cannot be completed.
If you have questions about whether a specific product ships to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
International Shipping
Home Medix does not ship outside of the United States at this time.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Care team.
8. Split Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each.
Note: Items delivered in separate shipments must be returned separately. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full return instructions.
9. Shipping Delays and Backorders
In the event of a delay or backorder, Home Medix will notify you by email with the reason for the delay and an updated estimated ship date. At that time, you will have the option to:
- Wait for the item to become available and ship
- Cancel the order for a full refund
