Due to the insurance billing process, products ordered through your insurance are considered final and cannot be returned for a refund. In most cases, we can facilitate a one-time exchange (within 30 days of the shipment date of your order) for a comparable product to help with problems such as mask sizing.
To arrange an exchange, please contact us or call our Customer Care team at 800 403-1010 to obtain the return address and an RMA number for your product. An RMA number is required to ensure that your package is processed correctly once it has been received.
