How prescriptions work
This item requires a valid prescription before we can ship it — but it doesn’t hold up your checkout.
- 1Complete checkout
No prescription needed today. We place a hold on your card but don’t charge you yet.
- 2Send us your prescription within 5 days
Upload it from your confirmation email, or give us your doctor’s info and we’ll request it from their office.
- 3Miss the 5-day window? No charge
Your order is automatically cancelled and the hold on your card is released. You’re never charged, so there’s nothing to refund.
Questions? Chat with us or call (800) 403-1010.
