The design

Recline at the touch of a button.

The IQ-9000 adds a powered reclining backrest to ComfyGO's folding IQ frame. Press the recline button on the joystick or remote, then pull back to recline or push forward to sit up, stopping anywhere in between. It weighs 51.7 lb without batteries, supports up to 310 lb, and folds to 23.5 × 15 × 30 in.

Brushless dual 250W motors drive the chair up to 4 mph, controlled from a detachable LCD joystick or the included Bluetooth remote. The joystick also has a lock button that keeps the chair from being driven. Recline only while stopped with the anti-tippers installed, and return upright before driving.

Two 24V 7.5Ah lithium-ion batteries (180Wh each) give up to 19 miles together or 9.5 miles on one, and each is approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Footrests adjust for height and depth, armrests flip up, and storage sits on the seatback and beneath the seat.
