The Phoenix is one of ComfyGO's lightest power chairs, with a carbon-fiber frame that weighs 30 lb without batteries and still supports up to 300 lb. It folds to 30 × 13 × 28 in, and its heaviest single piece is 27.1 lb.

Two 10Ah lithium-ion batteries run one at a time through a Smart Battery Switch, so you can switch to the second battery when the first runs low, for up to 23 miles total. Each 10Ah (240Wh) battery is approved by most major airlines and cruise lines, and each charges separately, on or off the chair. Check your carrier's battery rules before you travel.

Brushless dual 250W motors drive the chair up to 4 mph from a detachable LCD joystick or the included Bluetooth remote, and the joystick can be locked to prevent unwanted use. The armrests flip up, the footrests detach, and electromagnetic brakes hold the chair when you stop. Carbon fiber is strong but sensitive to hard impacts, so avoid drops and inspect the frame regularly.
